Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad is our healthier take on a traditional chicken salad. This version calls for Greek yogurt instead of traditional mayonnaise and makes for a delicious meal that is not only flavor packed but filled with protein, vegetables, fruit, and more!

We like to use a rotisserie chicken for this recipe, it makes it super easy and is inexpensive. You are more than welcome to cook your own chicken, or chicken from the freezer section that has been defrosted works great as well.
This version of chicken salad encompasses all the best component of a traditional chicken salad. Crunch from cucumber instead of celery or nuts, Kalamata olives for grapes, a bit of lemon juice instead of tangy mustard, and of course, greek yogurt for mayonnaise.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 tbsp. MarnaMaria Greek Seasoning
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
- ¼ cup Red Onion, diced
- ½ cup Cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste (we recommend our Kampot Pepper, it is killer in this recipe!)
Instructions
- In a medium sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, MarnaMaria Greek Seasoning, olive oil and Lemon juice.
- Stir in the chicken, red onion, cucumber, and olives until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Notes
Enjoy this Greek Chicken Salad in your favorite way! Terrific with crackers for a snack or healthy lunch, or use a filling for a sandwich. Top with lettuce, tomato, and even some feta cheese if you like!
