Greek Chicken Salad


Description

alls for Greek yogurt instead of traditional mayonnaise and makes for a delicious meal that is not only flavor packed but filled with protein, vegetables, fruit, and more!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp. MarnaMaria Greek Seasoning
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 cups Rotisserie Chicken, shredded
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata Olives, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste (we recommend our Kampot Pepper, it is killer in this recipe!)

Instructions

  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, MarnaMaria Greek Seasoning, olive oil and Lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the chicken, red onion, cucumber, and olives until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

Enjoy this Greek Chicken Salad in your favorite way! Terrific with crackers for a snack or healthy lunch, or use a filling for a sandwich. Top with lettuce, tomato, and even some feta cheese if you like!
