- 1 cup olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
- ¼ cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 3 cloves garlic , finely chopped or minced
- 1 tsp. MarnaMaria Red Chili Pepper Flakes
- 2 teaspoons MarnaMaria Mediterranean Oregano
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for at least 10 minutes to release but even better is a couple hours.
