Are you looking for an easy, green bean side dish? Look no further, you have arrived. This recipe for green beans will quickly become your new favorite. It is easy to make, healthy to eat, and everyone loves it. What more do you need?
This recipe was a happy accident. I was late going to a party and needed a side dish. I had green beans and that was about it, so green beans it was going to be.
I often make green beans and shallots as an easy side dish. You prep the green beans, blanche them, and meanwhile caramelize some shallots in a pan with butter or olive oil. Add the green beans and some salt and you are good to go!
So I thought, why can't our Melange Persailotte seasoning do the same? It has shallots, garlic, parsley, a hint of salt... sounds good to me.
I blanched the beans, threw in a bunch of Melange Persailotte, gave it a stir, plated it, and headed out.
It was a massive hit. I had all the ladies asking for the recipe and I was delighted to share with them just how simple and healthy of a side dish this is. Since then, so many of my friends have made this dish and loved it. Be sure to try it out! It is so easy to make and is so so tasty.
