Description

Hawaii, being an island, has some of the best and freshest fish you can find. So fresh in fact, people com from all over the world to try it: cooked, raw, seared, blackend, you name it!

Poke and sashimi are popular fish presentations, when raw fish is sliced or cubed, served with different sauces and garnishes, but our favorite is seared. With seared fish, you get the best of all worlds. The delicious, fresh, and clean flavor of raw fish, paired with a crispy, texture filled crust.

Seared ahi is a staple in Hawaii. High grade Ahi Tuna is best and when paired with a spicy and flavorful outter coating, there aren’t many things better.
