Fall is finally here! Cooling temperatures, lower humidity and gorgeous leaves are a welcome respite from the summer’s heat. And one of fall’s favorite flavors, Pumpkin Spice, makes its annual appearance in a big way! So rather than searching out the best Pumpkin Spice Latte, here's how you can make your very own PSL at home.

Description
Why go out when you can stay in! For a cozy pumpkin drink at home, try our Pumpkin Spice Latte.
Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 tsp MarnaMaria Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 2 tbsp. canned pumpkin puree
- 1 orange rind, cut into long, thin strips
- Milk and coffee or espresso as desired
Instructions
For Syrup:
- In a small saucepan, bring the sugar and water to a simmer, whisk until sugar dissolves.
- Add the cinnamon stick, pumpkin pie spice, the pumpkin and the orange strips.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, then remove from heat.
- Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
For Latte:
- Add 1-2 tablespoons Pumpkin Spice syrup to a cup of your choice.
- Top with hot coffee and foamy milk for a delicious latte!
