    Salmon with Lemon and Dill

    ↓ Jump to Recipe
    Print Recipe

Salmon is an incredibly diverse ingredient, the preparation possibilities are endless! You can bake it, smoke it, poach it, the list goes on and on.

One of our favorite preparations is low and slow in the oven. This gives you tender, creamy flakes of salmon with the healthy fat still in the meat. The last thing you want is an overcooked, overflaky, dry salmon filet.

We absolutely love to use our MarnaMaria Florida Fish on salmon. Lemon and dill are natural pairings for the flavor profile of this fish! And, this blend makes it so easy to prepare a delicious salmon meal with ease. No guess work, just sprinkle and bake!

If you can get wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, go for that. If not farmed is fine, but try for Atlantic if that is an option.
