Try our take on a Saint Patrick's Day Whiskey Sour!


Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Irish Whiskey
  • 1/2 oz. lemon juice
  • 1/4 oz. lime jucie
  • 3/4 ozcup simple syrup
  • 2 ounces Irish whiskey
  • 1 drop green food coloring
  • lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine whiskey, lemon and lime juice, simple syrup and food coloring in a cocktail shaker.
  2. Fill shaker with ice, cover, and shake vigorously until outside of shaker is very cold, about 20 seconds.
  3. Strain cocktail into an old-fashioned or rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wheel and cherry.
