Description

What sets a Cuba Libre apart from a traditional Rum & Coke? Lime! Tangy lime adds a new dimension to this classic favorite.  

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lime, halved
  • 2 ounces dark or gold rum
  • Coca-Cola
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Squeeze both halves of a lime into a Collins glass.
  2. Drop in one of the spent lime shells and pour in the rum.
  3. Fill the glass with ice and then fill with cold Coca-Cola.
  4. Stir briefly
