Chicken, fish, beef, pork, vegetables, corn. Fighter Pilots everywhere love our BANZAI Seasoning. This limited edition item is one not to miss. This smoky, sweet, and salty blend will have you saying, I’d BANZAI that!


Ingredients

  • 4 pounds chicken party wings
  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3/4 tsp. Kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp MarnaMaria BANZAI Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Set a wire rack inside 2 large rimmed baking sheets.
  3. Use paper towels to pat the wings dry and place them in a large bowl.
  4. Toss chicken wings with vegetable oil and salt to coat.
  5. Sprinkle over the BANZAI seasoning and toss again until all wings are evenly coated.
  6. Divide wings between prepared racks, skin side up, and arragne in single layer.
  7. Bake until wings are crispy, browned, and cooked through, about 45 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy hot or transfer wings to bowl and toss with sauce if desired.
