- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup goat cheese crumbles
- 1 cup Beurre blanc sauce
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
