Description
We combine smoky spices with three local Hawaiian salts including the well-known smoked kiawe salt. Kiawe salt is smoked with local island Kiawe wood that a distinct Hawaiian scent and flavor to transport you to an island luau. Aloha Smoke Spice is a wonderful addition to pork, steak, chicken, and even fresh corn and other vegetables. Sprinkle on your favorite meat or grilled items and cook as desired.

- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 2 tsp. Aloha Smoke Spice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Misc. burger fixings
Instructions
- Preheat grill over medium high heat.
- Meanwhile, combine together the ground beef, Aloha Smoke Spice, and black pepper.
- Form into burger patties and grill and cook to your desired doneness.
- Plate up the burgers and corn and serve hot!
