Description

This stuffing recipe is so good.

If you have ever had stuffing and wondered why you like it so much, it is because butter is one of the main components. You’ll love this so much that you won’t be able to stop eating it! Thankfully, it's precut in bite-sized pieces so it's easy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 3 tbsp. MarnaMaria Sage
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 10 cups day old bread, cut into 1-inch cubes, about 2 baguettes
  • freshly ground pepper and salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a medium skillet melt the butter.
  3. Add the onion and celery and cook over low heat until they are very soft, about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the sage and chicken broth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the bread and the onion celery mixture.
  6. Toss lightly with plenty of salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Transfer to a prepared baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  8. Cook, covered for 30 minutes.
  9. Remove cover and broil on high for three minutes or until nicely browned.
