Description
- 1 15 oz. can Coco Lopez Real Cream of Coconut
- 15 oz. pineapple juice (i like Dole)
- 4 cups crushed ice
- 12 oz. rum (but really, add or decrease to your liking. Flor de Cana Rum is out of this world and Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is quite good as well)
Garnish
- Pineapple spear garnish (optional)
- Colored cocktail umbrellas (not optional)
Ingredients
- Combine Cream of Coconut, pineapple juice, ice, and rum in a blender.
- Garnish with a pineapple spear and colored umbrella toothpick.
