- 1 oz. Cognac
- 1/2 oz. Amaro Nonino Quintessentia
- 1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. orange marmalade
- 1/3 cup Champagne
- 1 Luxardo marachino cherry
Instructions
- Combine cognac, Amaro Nonino, Grand Marnier, lemon juice, and marmalade in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
- Cover and shake vigorously until the outside of the shaker is frosty, about 30 seconds.
- Strain into a champagne flute.
- Top with Champagned and garnish with a cherry.
